🛒 Orders

How do I place an order on ArrivalMarket?

Choose your products, click “Add to cart”, then follow the secure payment process via Stripe or PayPal. A confirmation will be sent to you by email.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can request a modification or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting support@arrivalmarmet.net . After this time, the order is likely already being processed or has been shipped.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

A confirmation email will be automatically sent to you after payment is validated. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you don't see it.

🚚 Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?

ArrivalMarket delivers worldwide through its international logistics partners, particularly in French-speaking Africa, Europe and North America.

What are the delivery times?

Average delivery times are 7 to 20 business days depending on the product and country. Some personalized or bulky items may take up to 30 days.

Are delivery charges free?

No, not at the moment. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the country and weight of the package. We are working on offering more economical options soon.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number . You can also track your package via the “Track my order” page available in the main menu.

I haven't received my package, what should I do?

First, check the online tracking. If the maximum delivery time has passed, contact our customer service for verification or a replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) , PayPal , Apple Pay and Stripe .

Are the payments secure?

Yes, 100%. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and processed by PCI DSS certified providers (Stripe and PayPal). No banking data is stored on our servers.

Can I pay in installments?

Not yet. We are studying the implementation of installment payments via Klarna or PayPal Later in certain regions.

🔁 Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after receipt to notify us of any return or exchange. Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

How do I make a return?

Contact us at support@arrivalmarmet.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the precise instructions (logistics address depending on the supplier).

Are the return shipping costs my responsibility?

Yes, except in the case of a shipping error or a defective product. In that case, we will cover the costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after validation of the return, via the same payment method.

Are the products original?

All products offered on ArrivalMarket come from verified partner suppliers and are checked before shipment.

Can the items be delivered separately?

Yes. As we work with multiple warehouses, it is possible that some items from the same order may be shipped separately to reduce delivery times.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product in question. We will proceed with a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
