Enter your tracking number or find the tracking link sent by email.

1) Tracking via tracking number

As soon as we ship, we send an email with your tracking number (e.g. LPxxxxxxxxxCN, YTxxxxxxxxx, etc.).

Tip: Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment (carrier scan).

2) Find the tracking link via the order confirmation

The order status link is in the “Order Confirmation” email. If needed, contact us and we will resend you the secure link.

FAQ tracking & delivery

When does my tracking number become active?

After shipment, tracking is activated within 24 to 72 hours (transmission time to carrier systems). If it remains "not found," please write to us: support@arrivalmarket.net.

I did not receive a tracking number.

Check your spam/promotions folder. Otherwise, click “Resend my tracking link” above or contact us on WhatsApp. We'll resend it immediately.

Africa & Caribbean: How is the rebate done?

Upon arrival in your city, an agent will contact you by phone/WhatsApp to arrange a collection point (home, shop, collection point, or public place). Please provide an active WhatsApp number and a clear landmark.

Customs & Taxes (DDU)

Depending on the country, customs duties/VAT may apply upon arrival. These remain the responsibility of the customer in accordance with local regulations.
