Returns and Refunds Policy

We want every purchase on Arrival Market to bring you complete satisfaction.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can easily return it.

General return conditions:

• The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the package.

• Products must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

• Some items (hygiene, cosmetics, underwear, etc.) cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

Return procedure:

1. Contact customer support: support@arrivalmarket.net

2. Receive the return label and instructions.

3. Send the product to our logistics center.

4. Receive your refund within 7 to 14 days after receipt and verification.

Refunds:

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
