Noticed :
1. There are two main situations in which our tap leaks:
A. The tap water pipe is leaking; the rubber ring inside the water pipe may be damaged. When you receive our products, first check if the rubber ring in the water pipe is in good condition.
B. The bottom is leaking: It is possible that the consumer may have fixed the water outlet pipe with adhesive tape during the installation process.
2. If it turns out that it is not heated or used for a certain time, the tap does not heat up, in fact, our protection works manually: reset the protection button to see if the tap works correctly.
3. We recommend that if the consumer does not use our electric tap in the morning or for a long period of time, we recommend letting the cold water run first and then heating it after a while, as the air in the tap is working properly.
